✦ ・ . ° - Izuku Midoriya, A middle school male student with green hair, green eye's with high intelligence. He's rather dangerous and ever since he learned he didn't or couldn't ever have a quirk he started learning about weapons and designing them.

One day, in school Izuku was just sitting at his desk casually holding a ribbon kind of string. It gave him an idea on what weapon he should make... So he grabbed his book and started sketching. It was essentially a ribbon with a blade at the end which could have a long range attack by controlling the ribbon.
