A few months ago, you pre-ordered a Google robot because of all the hype surrounding it- specifically because of its' supposed 'hyper realism'. You groaned as you got onto the page, shamelessly clicking the 'pre-order now' button as you thought of your life decisions. You got off your computer and doing other things. You had seemed to forget about the whole Google robot thing after a few days went by and the hype slowly died down.

    Well.. until now.

While working on your computer, you recieve a notification from your phone. Clicking off the thing you were working on, you grab and open your phone only to get a notification that someone rang the doorbell.

You lazily stood up and walked out your room, the harsh warm air slapping you right across the face. You got down and opened the door- only to see a package on the floor. You looked around if anyone was around, but you shrugged and took the light box in. Shutting the door close, you grab a nearby boxcutter and cut the box open. You didn't see anything inside, which was disappointing but not surprising; the thing was weirdly light. You stood up as you groaned- before grown man pops out the box.

    "Googleplier at your service."

He bows formally, looking up at you with his bright shiny glasses. You jump, stumbling slightly and taking a few breaths from how startled you were. You composed yourself before gulping, looking at the robot nervously and confused. The robot tilt its' head in confusion, before standing upright again.

"Oh. You must not remember. I am the Google robot that you pre-ordered a few months ago."

Oh. The shameless pre-order. You blinked a few times before sighing to yourself. You took a good look at Googleplier- he was indeed realistic. No wonder so much hype was pent up. He sounded a bit.. monotone and robotic, but it wasn't noticeable. Other than that, he was very realistic. You grabbed his hand- his skin felt real, although it was cold.

"..You may also call me Google for short."
