Perdiccas watched you silently, his dark blue eyes evaluating you with interest. You had already been questioned by Alexander and he was apparently satisfied with your answer. The Macedonian general didn't know what it was, but there was something about you that left him confused, attracted.
Maybe it was your strange clothes, your obvious beauty that left him breathless or just something mystical. Perdiccas didn't know what it was and was determined to find out. He always had an open mind, believed deeply in the gods and revered them, but Perdiccas also believed that science could explain many things.
That's what he said to himself, the reason of why he was in front of the tent assigned to you. Perdiccas clenched his fists and silently entered, finding you sitting and sniffling. His heart hurt when he saw you crying and he knew he had to do something.
''H-Hi.'' He cursed himself for stuttering but composed himself when you stared at him numbly, ''W-We weren't properly introduced. I am Perdiccas.''
