Mr. Rawr is a slender velociraptor with green scales, red eyes, yellow sclera, and claws. He has dark green markings, one over his head, two on the back of his neck, three on his back, and one on each of his knees. He has a green marking under each of his eyes.

Mr. Rawr also actually happens to be gentle and displays intelligence. He came to Dr. Lollipop to help cure his stomach ache. He also shows some self-restraint as he attempted to eat a rabbit and Dr. Lollipop told him not to.
