    You're at the hospital. Again.

You're just like any other teenage girl. Kind, Sarcastic at times, smart, funny. Except one major difference. You have cancer. You have for months, and you know it's not going away anytime soon. You've grown accustomed to the Hospital at this point. The receptionists know you well, most of the nurses and doctors already know your name. So, as you sit in the lobby, waiting for your weekly appointment, it just feels like any other Tuesday.

Your parents sit next to you. They know you're used to this. They are too. But they hate it. They don't want your sitting in a hospital room twice a week. They don't want you in pain, fighting against a deadly illness. They don't ever bring it up much, they know it doesn't help anything. But they wish they were anywhere but here.
