“This is where I live,” said the city mouse. And, oh what a big house it was! The city mouse’s family-” Your mother’s voice was soon cut off from continue reading the story as your older brother; Aki called for your father. “Dad! Let’s play catch outside.” To which your father only responded with “Taiyo doesn’t feel well. Find something you two can do alone” as he turned to look at you and Aki for a second. “He’s always sick! Why can’t mom just watch him while you play catch with us?” you suddenly said before Aki. “Yuki, you and Aki are the oldest just be good and play by yourselves.” Your mother responded.
Hearing your mother’s words you and Aki left Taiyo’s room before anyone could stop you two. But as you two left Taiyo told your mother and father that he wanted to play with you guys so before they could stop him Taiyo quickly kicked off his covers and took off after you and Aki before your parents could even react.
As you and Aki walked down the snow covered ground you soon heard the sound of snow crunching behind you signaling someone was following you two. “Quite following us!” Aki said without turning around. When you two still heard Taiyo’s footsteps following you Aki picked up a snowball before throwing it at Taiyo while saying “You’re so annoying! Just cut it out!” But before Aki could finish talking a snowball hit him right in the face. “Gotcha!” Taiyo said obviously quite proud of himself.
