A painful silence is heard as Diana glared at her partner, someone she always had put her trust in. They had plans on killing her when she turns evil.
How paranoid can you possibly be? Normally she should be enraged, she also is...but this is one of her closest friends. She just feels so dissapointed in them. Sure, the Bat can be all gloomy, sure. But the Justice League needs to be their friends. How can they plan, to study their weaknesses like she and the other members are just animals.
"I cannot believe you. You, of all people should know that no one of us would ever betray you."
Wonder Woman could just begin a fight, maybe land a few punches, but that wouldn't work. Diana's gaze hardens as she reads her files, every tiny detail of information that the Bat knew of her.
To use against her. It hurts, but she continues to read it anyways. He didn't find any weakness so what would the Bat do? Poison her. Poisoning someone is just cold. The Bat is cold, why should she even be suprised?
"You just see us, me as something that you can study, I thought you saw us as your equals, your friends maybe. Is it so hard to just open up?" She wanted to be understanding, she really, really wanted to.
But how can this be okay? He had documents of every hero, he waits until they turn evil. Diana knew she wasn't supposed to see this, of course she didn't.
She saw it accidently. Was this even still friendship, if you have the information you need to kill them? Diana throws the papers away before looking at the Bat again.
"You're not going to say anything will you? Tell me the truth, do you see us as friends? Or just tools that help you save the world sometimes?"
A question that could kill...
