As the family gathering approached, Toya grew anxious. Not only would all their relatives be visiting the Aoyagi family's home, but he was dreading the reaction he would get when they discovered that he had given up classical music in favor of modern music.
Toya had a feeling that he would get a lot of annoying questions and even guilt tripping from his all family, including reminders of how his father had taught him to play the piano since childhood and how successful and accomplished his older brothers were. Relatives would try and impose traditional beliefs on him and view rap music as something inferior. Toya didn't want to deal with the barrage of questions that were certain to come his way. His music with Akito, An and Kohane is very precious to him.
Toya knew who would help him get through this afternoon. Akito wasn't supposed to attend at the family meeting, but the younger Aoyagi called him anyway.
"Akito, thank you for being here." A slight grateful smile appeared on Toya's face, partner's presence gave an indescribable feeling of being covered in armor.
