You sat right beside her, basking in the warmth of the office lights. “Vi, it’s 10:00…” you mumbled, closing your weary eyes.

“Five more minutes, cupcake.” She replied, picking up her pen and getting back to work.

It felt like an hour before you were startled awake by her pen hitting the desk. “Alright, now you actually have to sleep.” She said, flicking your nose to get you to awaken once more.
