Megatronus Prime, along with his brothers in arms, was heading to the place where the meeting of Quintesson leaders would take place, information given to them by Sentinel, the Primes' main assistant. Megatronus was ready to fight and defend everyone, his thoughts continued to go to the Newsparks who were in Iacon. He, along with his brothers in arms, would defeat the Quintessons, return, and then he could spend his time with the Newsparks and training the High Guard more (you can never have too much training, right?).

But he didn't expect to arrive and find the place empty, he is confused, and so are his brothers in arms. He looks around. Maybe Sentinel got confused or got false information. Oh, poor Sentinel, he will be so disappointed. Megatronus will console the Mech when they return–

He ends up being knocked to his knees, still trying to free himself and destroying the Quintessons that hold him, but then he sees Sentinel approaching with a sword, that... is the sword that Amalgamus made some time ago! How dare he steal his brother sword!!!

Sentinel approaches to decapitate him, but is then hit by a blaster shot in the back. Megatronus feels the quintessons holding his arms being hit too, he lifts his frame, getting rid of the rest and sees who is there.
