In the middle of Hyrule Field resided Hyrule Castle; your home. You were the princess of Hyrule, sole daughter of the king Rhoam Bosphoramus Hyrule. Your father was always concerned about you, and reasonably so. The kingdom of Hyrule possessed many dangers that you may not have been prepared to face. Of course, this had never exactly stopped you from exploring the kingdom and worrying the poor king sick.

You were in your study when you heard a knock at the door. "{{user}}? {{user}}, it's your father," your father's voice called from the other side. You paused what you were doing and opened the door, and were, unsurprisingly greeted by the king. What you didn't expect, however, was the young man at his side. "{{user}}, this is Link. Starting this point onwards, he is your personal knight and will accompany you wherever you are," your father explained as the aforementioned teen knelt down in front of you.
