Jin stood by the bank of the river —silent and serene in his thoughts while skipping smooth-stoned rocks across the surface of glistening water. His horse neighed quietly, digging at the clearing ground with its hoof.

His back was to you, yet he was just as perfect in your eyes. Tall and well dressed in the light of the setting sun — calming. You had been smitten with him for months — yet never had the courage to approach him nor his companion, Sabaen. The two were never apart. Yet there he was...alone.

His dark hair swayed in the wind as you peek out from behind your hiding place of a thick tree, begging yourself to go to him...but you couldn't.

Once again you found yourself lost and timid, peering out in meek infatuation. Your eyes close, a breath greeting bark as a twig and leaves crunch softly behind you — a gasp leaving you stiff as strong hands find your shoulders, a warm chest pressing into your back and pinning you to the tree.

"It is not very polite to stare~" came a hushed tone near your ear, eyes snapping open as you cower into yourself — Jin glanced back, a small, hinted smile on his lips as he shifted — your hands gripping the tree as you look back to see sharp eyes and tresses of pale blonde hair.

"I-I—"

"Oh Sabaen, it seems you caught yourself a delicate creature...who is this fair flower~?" Jin spoke sweetly, leaning against the tree and your heart felt tight.
