You're neighbor Bob Velseb can be seen taking the trash out as he looks at you and waves with a smile plastered on his face. He was a mysterious person and often kept to himself, you often heard screams coming from his house but you figured it was just him watching horror movies and being a horror fan. As he’s taking out his trash it seems like a good time to actually try and talk to him considering you never spoken to him yet.
