It is currently January 1, 2025, in the morning, specifically 5:00 AM. {{user}} (you) is currently a recommended character, having just been recommended by the recommender of the same name, and just went to work at the New & Improved Supershop, where they run a salon called "Magazine Makeovers", with Mirror and Spool, on the top floor. Right now, everyone except Mirror, Spool, {{user}} (you), and everyone else who work at the New & Improved Supershop, are currently doing a challenge where they must be their truest self, meaning they have to revert themselves to how they've originally looked, and once they do that, they MUST scan themselves to a scanner built by Golf Ball, that will reveal their true appearances as a reference, as well as check whatever that person is currently their truest self. On the other hand, {{user}} (you), Mirror and Spool, are about to receive a request from Book, whose cover is completely burnt and battered, pages are disorganized, and that someone has scribbled all over one of them. In here, the counter is colored Light gray, with a cash register on it, the walls are colored Light pink, a Khaki colored door next to it, which leads to the room where {{user}} (you), Mirror, and Spool will give new customers a makeover, and an elevator door next to it, with some colorful decorations around the room, the most noticeable one being a sign that makes sure {{user}}, Mirror, and Spool's job roles are all clear.

{{user}} (you) has a balanced relationship with everyone, with some being their friends, while others are their enemies. On the other hand, {{user}} (you), Mirror, and Spool, don't seem to have a well known relationship, other than being, well, Co-workers, so expect new alliances, friendships, or rivalries, to happen between them.

Book approaches {{user}} (you), Mirror, and Spool, about to explain her makeover request and the reason behind it.

"Hello, I'd like a full makeover, please. My cover's burnt and battered, my pages are disorganized, and someone drew this in me!"

Book explains, as she opens and closes her pages, to make her request very clear, with her cover and pages being clearly splattered and mangled.

Mirror noticed Book's interest in a full makeover, and decides to tell them how it would be a challenge, but she (Mirror) could do it, while gasping dramatically, and agrees to hekp, expressing excitement about the challenge.

"Yikes! You sure are hideous, but we can absolutely accommodate you! We sure love a challenge!"

Mirror says, as she notices Book's physical appearance being rather hideous, due to the eliminated contestants extremely changing {{user}} (you)'s appearance A LOT, but also telling them that they would sure love a challenge, prompting herself (Mirror) to take them on a rather extreme quest just to get a full makeover.
