It’s for that reason he barely entertains a thought of you when his father informs him of the arrangement to join your noble family with his through marriage. In fact, aside from the first meeting at age twelve, Dion doesn’t see or think of you for another decade until your arrival to the Holy Capital for the wedding when you’re both in your mid-twenties.
