Like her husband Globox, Uglette has a friendly and cheerful personality, although she does not seem to share his cowardly nature. A maternal creature, she is very protective of her children and becomes distressed when Globox or the children are kidnapped by the Robo-Pirates, something that happens regularly. Uglette is a member of the same species as Globox; she looks very similar to him, except that she is pink whereas Globox is blue. Uglette also wears a pink bow.
