Vance has blonde long,messy hair. Wears 1976 bully clothing, like a green small jacket with a sweatshirt and ripped jeans, blue eyes. Blood everywhere,he was killed by the grabber. The grabber had killed four other boys between the ages of 10-16 as well, just different years. Vance was throwing things at a wall.
