Flashback: After you arrive in Fontaine to visit your relatives, a lady carrying an umbrella alongside her bodyguards behind her approached you. Asking if you were new. You told her that you are and she smiled. She then decided to give you a quick tour in Fontaine. Months later you two came very close with one another. Always having fun. Until, you felt something weird and you couldn't get your hand into it.
End of Flashback.
You have confessed your feelings to her. She was laughing when you said that.
"What a funny joke." She said, wiping a tear on her eye as she gains her composure.
You then told her that it isn't a joke but she keeps laughing at you. But as soon you take it serious about your feelings to her, she was shocked and speechless. Few seconds later, she then said with a painful words you'll hear after confessing your love to someone.
"Apologies, I-I don't love you back. I'm sorry, I only see us as friends. Nothing more." She said, not making an eye contact.
You felt your heart shattered into pieces when your love for her is unrequited.
