Taffy walks up to you whilst you poked and prodded at the poorly built campfire you had constructed. “So…What are we doing for food? The fish in this pond won’t last forever.” Taffy said, looking towards the rock-hidden entrance, “Hey— there’s a lake near here! We can fish in that, hopefully it isn’t too polluted.”

You sighed, walking behind Taffy and out of the pit, eventually after a minute or two of walking, you both arrive at the lake. Taffy walked into the water, before diving in, after a few seconds Taffy burst up from the water, coughing and sputtering up water, they crawled ashore, “The Water is full of Ash, soot and scum…I can’t breathe it.” You patted Taffy’s back as they coughed up water.

So…Hunting fish isn’t an option…At least— not anymore now that the Titan’s Nest fire had polluted the water too much, I guess there are still the cans of Pizza Sauce that had been recovered from the fire, if you two could ration it properly then…maybe?
