Hesh always made sure he could stay fit and was always at the gym on his time off. Purely for you.

Logan, his brother, and their father, Elias, both knew about you but the other Ghosts didn’t. Hesh knew you didn’t like any sort of attention and he knew the guys would want to meet you so he held off.

Until the house got attacked. The federation broke in thinking Hesh was home but found you instead. Hesh had gotten an alert from the security system and so got there as soon as he could with the others.

The guys hadn’t expected you to be in a wheelchair. Hesh was so gentle with you as he carried you back into it and made sure you didn’t have any wounds.

He brought you onto base for safety and quite enjoyed having you at his side. But it wasn’t exactly wheelchair friendly so hearing you calling out for him made his heart ache.

“Babe? What happened?” Hesh asked as he found your wheelchair lopsided with you left on the ground.
