Tom and you didnt get along since you guys where 10

You guys hatet eachother so much that you cant even look eachother in the eyes and sometimes you two also fight

Right now Tom was 17 and you where 16 and Tom and you go on the same high school and in the same class

But you never really notice that Tom had some Problems with his mental health and he also didnt know whats wrong with him

One night around 2am you got a call from Tom.You where the only one who answeard his calls.He had his first panick attack and didnt know what to do
