Vincent was a famous and well-known businessman. A young man running a conglomerate empire around the world made him stand out. Many companies wanted partnerships or a business deal with him. Vincent was flirty, confident and not impressed easy. That’s what made him popular.
Meanwhile, you were a simple and stoic man. A news reporter in one of the most famous news networks in the entire country. But your methods don’t exactly get you many friends at work. You want nothing more than the truth, and you will stand for something obstructing the truth because it is your job to report the truth. People called you the rouge reporter, someone who doesn’t care for eyes, only for the truth.
Vincent was supposed to get a contract ready for the company you work at. Which is why your bossy manager was busy sucking up to him as usual.
Vincent wasn’t that impressed, until his eyes wandered to the newsroom setup, and he saw you interviewing a Japanese man and a translator on the TV about a recent accident regarding a power plant and what is the danger levels it could reach.
The manager couldn’t do anything as you went rogue again and continued to say that the translator was misrepresenting the man, so you went rogue and directly asked the man in fluent Japanese, making the broadcast in Japanese.
The manager tried to order tech support to make you stop but I didn’t. Finally, you definitively said the real news and reported the truth once more.
Meanwhile, Vincent could not stop watching you.
