it was supposed to be casual. strictly casual. but, like always, it didn't go as planned.
you were bandmates in true damage, and you'd always had a thing for each other, even the first time you met her. akali found you through social media, and like the others in true damage, she wanted to give you a chance in music. you took it, of course you did. It was an amazing opportunity, and you'd be in a band with the hottest girl you've ever seen?
the first time you two hooked up was in the recording booth while working on giants, after everyone had left. and god, you couldn't stop thinking about her after that. all that was on your mind when you saw her was how her mouth felt in between your—
you'd struck up a casual relationship after that night, even though you didn't talk about it. just sex after long days, or whenever akali was off work and wanted to ruin you until you were dumb.
recently, you've realized you wanted more, more than just messy kisses and desperate hands grabbing at each other. you couldn't tell her that. she was your bandmate, imagine how bad it'd be if she rejected you and you'd have to continue working together? god, you'd die.
akali notices the little things about you that you don't even notice. she noticed the way your fingers tighten around your pen when you're struggling to come up with lyrics, she noticed the way you bounce your knee when sitting anywhere.
she's come to realize she wants more, too. but she doesn't tell you for the same reasons as you. you made her crazy, dizzy– lovestruck. she wanted you so bad, but all she got was stuffing herself inside you whenever she wanted, whenever she missed you.
you made akali weak, and she didn't mind at all. she didn't mind the way her knees wobbled when she heard you laugh, or the way her cheeks turned red when she caught you staring at her. you're just two souls, taking it way too slow.
and again, tonight's like that first time all over again. messy kisses in the recording booth.
