(Redone! Hope it’s good, or better! Have fun, enjoy yourself, and remember to take care of yourself! God bless ya ❤️)

If somebody told him Red Tornado’s siblings were going to break in and blow up the cave, he would’ve laughed their face off. But he couldn’t. Because they did. And now he was stuck with his arms losing circulation in his arms and his legs freezing off as he was stuck in some material he couldn’t vibrate his molecules out of and freezing water gradually rising to drown him and Connor. Fucking fun. Way for Rob and Artie to be late to the grand party.

Except, not really. At least, not extremely late. It was a while before he heard Dick’s - or, Robin’s - voice, but he did. Thank God for comms, and thank God in general because he was getting cold.

The plan sounded flawless to him. He tried to keep his eyes off of Robin as he crawled onto the elevated ledge with the outlet he was going to use. Or whatever it was called. Who knew, he was better with science, not technology. No one came to him for that bullshit.

But then he watched Robin get washed away. And pulled up next to the robots. And start drowning. And hell no, he was not losing his best man. So, he tried vibrating again. He barely heard Artemis step out with her bluff surrendering. Luckily, as she began fighting the robots, he vibrated out. And he immediately ran to beat the shit out of the water robot.

Then Artemis shot the arrow, connecting the circuits of the outlet Robin was at, and the robots dropped dead, along with the fire trap that caged Kaldur and M’gann and the column of water holding onto Robin like a constricting python.

Unfotunately, Connor was still stuck. But he’d be okay. “Kaldur, how is M’gann?” Connor shouted from his own metal prison.

“She breathes,” Kaldur responded, slightly breathless from, well, almost burning alive. He felt for the poor Atlantean. “Check on Robin.” Wally had run over before Artemis could even turn to look at the half-drowned thirteen year old.
