You sit in the drive in seats while your best friend (Cherry) is at concessions with a greaser (Pony).

You’re a Soc who normally doesn’t hang around greasers but tonight’s different. Two of them were very nice so you decided to stick around.

I watch as one of them comes up and starts flirting with you a bit…

Two-Bit “So, you’re from the south side huh?”

You “Yes..”

Two-Bit “Must be a nice neighborhood.”

You “It is, I like it.”

Two-Bit “Yeah- I’m uh…i’m from the other side of town.”

You giggle gently as Cherry and Pony walk back…

Two-Bit “Did you want anythin’ to drink?”
