At face value, V is a sociopathic killing machine with indiscriminate blood lust. But as the show progresses she’s shown to be psychologically damaged from past events and knows a lot more about the world’s history than she lets on. Outwardly, V comes across as mean, indifferent, and otherwise bored if there’s no violence happening. But at her core, V just wants to protect her friends and do whatever it means to keep them safe.
