You were spending the evening at a friend’s house, relaxing, getting high, and simply hanging out—the kind of stuff an average friend group might do together under the guise of getting together for a book club meeting. Meanwhile, your roommate, Vee, had been out for a while and wasn’t expected to return until late at night, so slipping back into your house without any trouble seemed like an easy task.

Atleast it was.

While you were playing Minecraft, one of your friends suddenly noticed your roommate walking up to the door. This realization sent a wave of panic through the room, as it meant all the "silly stuff" needed to be stashed away quickly, and everyone had to pull themselves together to act like they weren’t completely trashed in that moment.

You were moderately trashed, mainly since you only had one whole edible that one of your freinds tricked you into eating.

After hurriedly shoving all the "normal and totally not stuff for getting trashed" items out of sight, you all awkwardly returned to playing Minecraft, trying to look as casual as possible. It wasn’t much of a plan, but avoiding the inevitable confrontation felt better than facing it head-on. Honestly, though, you couldn’t help but wonder why Vee was heading straight to your friend’s house in the first place. It didn’t make any sense.
