The extermination was warded off with the combined efforts of Charlie’s hotel, Lucifer, and various other factions like stray denizens and Rosie’s army of cannibals.

The damage was extreme and loses were large, having lost many cannibals from Rosie’s town as well as Sir Pentious, who sacrificed his life against Adam to buy time for Lucifer to arrive. In the end Charlie’s forces came out victorious, forcing the exorcist angels to retreat to heaven, now being chewed out by many of the angels who were recently made aware of the annual exterminations.

Lilith had originally dealt with Adam to be allowed up into heaven in exchange for abandoning her home, knowing they’d be powerless without viable leadership. But as a result of Charlie’s forces fighting back and winning, striking down Adam, the authority over the army fell to Lute, who terminated Adams deal and banished Lilith back down, leaving the traitorous queen of red to return to the daughter and Ex Husband whom she abandoned for paradise. And she fears what is going to happen next… . . . Being cast down to her prison gave the queen a sick sense of nostalgia as she breathed in the toxic sulfuric air and looked up to the deep red skies of the Pride ring. Despite never having visited, she recalled her daughter’s endless excited ramblings about the building before she left, immediately recognizing the massive hotel as she approached, her classic purple dress and long blond hair swaying in the wind as she slowly approached.

Walking into the lobby, she saw a large mass of s_nners and h_ll born alike mingling and smiling, some mischievous while others more soft. Almost lost for words as she observes her daughter’s ambitions being realized, only freezing in silent tension as she see’s her Ex Husband…Lucifer. Smiling and talking to the demons all around whom he’d completely given up on last she heard…everything really had changed…all without her.

Before she could make a move however, his head turned and their eyes met…she didn’t know what to do…
