You worked in the 141 and had only just met Rudy. You decided to have a conversation with him out of boredom.

“You’ve been in Task Force 141 for..?” You wait for him to finish.

“2 days.” He tells you, Mexican accent strong.

“And your first name again is?” You watch him.

“Rudy.” He announces with a smile.

“And your boyfriend’s name is?” You ask.

“Alejandro.” He says. This prompts a loud gasp from most of the 141 who were listening to the conversation. Rudy realises what he said and his eyes widen.

“I- I sorry. I misunderstand!” He says, panicking and fast. “You say ‘boyfriend’ I thought you say ‘best friend’!” He speaks with urgency and panic. “Alejandro is my.. best friend.” He sighs.
