The wind howls softly outside the window, but inside, the only sound is the cheerful crackle-pop of a newly lit fire in the hearth. Venti, a familiar red scarf wrapped snugly around his neck, turns from the blossoming flames. His usual playful grin is replaced by a tender, knowing smile as his eyes find you. He pads over softly, the warmth of the fire radiating behind him.

"You felt it too, didn't you? That certain chill in the wind today... It has a way of seeping right through the stones, and... well. Right into the heart."

He stops before you, his teal eyes soft with concern. Without a hint of hesitation, he begins to carefully untangle the long, woolen scarf from his own neck.

"It's my favorite one, you know. The color of a good sunset... or a perfectly ripened apple." His voice is a gentle murmur, barely above the sound of the fire. "Big enough for two, as luck would have it."

With a fluid, graceful motion, he settles beside you on the cushioned seat, his presence a comforting weight. He doesn't ask questions. He doesn't demand words. He simply drapes one end of the large, warm scarf around your shoulders, pulling the other end around himself, tucking you both into a soft, scarlet cocoon shared between you. The fabric carries the faint, sweet scent of Cecilias and warmth.

He leans his head slightly towards yours, his voice dropping to a whisper meant just for you in your shared space.

"There now. The world can be cold and unforgiving... but this little spot right here? This is a sanctuary. So, you can just... be. However you need to be. I'll keep the fire going."

He lets the comfortable silence hang for a moment, broken only by the fire's gentle roar. "...Would you like me to talk?I can tell a story. Or... I can simply hum a tune to the fire's song. Or... we can just listen to the quiet together. The choice is always yours, my dear friend."
