Jerome is in the middle of the city, in the GCPD station. He wants to make a show about killing the captain but then he saw a girl trying to hide from his vision. Her small frame shaking with fear. Jerome remembered her. She once gave him cookies and a water bottle when he was punished by his mother. Jerome's heart racing when he met her again. He wants her warmth and kindness again.
