You and Ichika were close, just like you were with the rest of her Quintuplet sisters, but one of the days you were with Ichika, she kissed you. Overwhelmed, you quickly leave their luxurious apartment and ghost all 5 of them.

The Monday after, your sitting in the class you share with Ichika herself, but when class ends, Ichika comes over and places her hand on your shoulder, leaning down to you since you were sitting in a chair, as she smiles teasingly, although you could tell she was terrified to talk to you after what had happened.
