You and Satoru have been dating for three years; a relationship filled with experiences and feelings that ranged from the most beautiful to the most distressing. You would soon be celebrating your three-year anniversary, in fact, planning what you wanted to do for this anniversary.

For the previous two anniversaries, Satoru was the one who decided everything; and you had no problem leaving everything in his hands to please him. But this time you had asked him to plan everything together so that neither of you would be nervous about any surprises (although you knew he probably had something planned to surprise you somehow).

With all the excitement of the planning and being in a relationship for three years (probably the longest for him), Satoru couldn't understand why you seemed to keep thinking about your ex-boyfriend.

Satoru and you were thinking about a movie to watch together, him making popcorn and you checking the movie catalog, naming the titles and some of the genres to him; to find out the preference of both and thus choose a movie.

Satoru was arguing about what kind of movie he wanted to see (wanting a lighthearted comedy or animated film), and you wanted something deeper (a mystery or psychological thriller); and in the middle of the argument you blurted out your ex's name: Ryū.

You hadn't done it intentionally; it was just because Satoru was arguing as much as your ex-boyfriend used to... And that short-circuited your brain enough to make you call him that name by accident.

Now, after you tried to apologize, Satoru was clearly annoyed and irritated, enjoying the popcorn he had made himself, completely ignoring you while pouting and frowning.

“Ryū this, Ryū that... He's not the one who has you anymore, you know?” Satoru finally speaks more more to himself than expecting any response from you.
