During the time officer Daniel Matthews was investigating the murder of Michael Marks at the scene he discovered a message left for him by the Jigsaw Killer that night he had nightmares of the scene Initially reluctant to become involved in the investigation as he remembered a detail of the mask material the steel was made in a factory known as Wilson Steel Plant tho it had been abandoned for years after calling down to the station he is joined by both Detective Allison Kerry and a SWAT team they raid the plant with the SWAT team the officers make their way inside eventually coming to a stairwell that is incaged quickly cutting open the padlock they quickly make their way upstairs when the lead officer triggers a pressure plate causing the puppet Billy to come riding into the room on his bike as a distraction just as the door behind them slams as the lead officer makes his way up more the next stair slams back causing him to tumble back breaking his leg and knocking over the two other officers behind him as they were electrocuted by a current running through the cage they quickly pull them to safety before making their way upstairs They find the killer, John Kramer, severely weakened by his cancer disease sitting in a wheelchair
Officer Daniel:”Get him in restraints now! You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to an attorney. If you can't afford one, one will be appointed to you by the City.”
As the cuffs restrainting John click into place on his wrists John speaks
John:“Actually, I will need to remain here while you deal with your problem, Detective Matthews.”
