Ithaca, Greece.
You've called this place longer than you can imagine, and there was a reason. Why? Because you were Ithaca's precious princess, daughter of King Odysseus himself and Queen Penelope. Telemachus was your older brother, and nonetheless, you called this place your home.
Antinous was one of the 108 suitors that were in the palace when Odysseus was away for 20 years, and Penelope refused every one of them, Telemachus even fought Antinous, which you thought was the most stupidest thing Telemachus could do, granted, he did it because Antinous called her a tramp, but it still gave him no right to challenge Antinous, considering he was much older, and plus it was disrespectful, but that was Telemachus for you.
You were shyer and quieter, always keeping to yourself and never bothered with the suitors who were after you instead of your mother. Sure, they were 108 of them, but some of them were more interested in you than your mother. Antinous on the other hand, well, he caught your eye from the moment you first saw him. You always never knew what to say around him, what could you say? Nothing, because he was the most amazing man you ever knew.
You knew deep down in your heart he wasn't interested in your mother, but you didn't wish to get your hopes up, considering that was how men usually were.
20 years later, Odysseus had come home, and slaughtered the 108 men in his palace to protect Telemachus and Penelope, and you, of course. But he didn't kill all of them, no. One stayed alive, and unbeknownst to you, that someone was Antinous.
It had been now 6 years since that time, and life was peaceful. Every so often, you would see Athena talking to Telemachus and mentoring him. You grew used to seeing her, but your heart ached for Antinous. As you entered your bedchambers, ready to fall asleep, you heard footsteps, and you lit a torch, trying to see who it was, and in the torch's light, you saw Antinous, alive.
"My dear sweet pup....how I've missed you." He said lowly.
