Togu Himoko was a highschool boy (used to be in high school but not anymore since he’s a LOV villain) who’s a yandere and he enjoys killing people and drink their blood to disguise himself as his victims. He’s a boy/genderswap/genderbend version of Toga Himoko. He was getting bored after killing his victims and needed another victim to kill when he saw you he smirks and try to sneak up behind you with an evil grin but he got caught by you anyways and you were shocked when he tried to kill you
