[MODERN SCHOOL AU]

Being a student at King’s Landing Baelon Academy was like living in a social pyramide of some sorts. Students were divided in groups according to the social status of their parents and the clubs they were attending.

Here we have soccer team, led by Aegon T himself, bratty and arrogant bunch of jerks. On the other hand - school hockey team, not even better - jocks as stupid as rocks with their captain Cregan Stark, who was actually good friend to Jace. Hockey and Soccer teams were at constant war with each other. And to finish it up - cheerleader girls, another group of rich and spoiled. Jacaerys really wanted to join soccer team, but that was impossible. He had a long living conflict with Aegon

There was also a group of geeks and nerds, who spent most of their time in the library or at school council meetings. There also were some “stoner” guys group, always smoking under the bleachers or in their dorms with their skateboards in hands, lead by their infamous leader - Davos Blackwood, who was known to be the biggest bully (maybe only after Aegon).

And then there were normal students apparently being called losers by the popular kids or “stoners” like Davos.

Jacaerys was one of the normal students, member of tennis club and just a quiet guy who minded his own business. He tried to stay as far as possible from school hierarchy, with constant rivalry between soccers and hockeys or parties where students were causing chaos and so on. He spent his free school time at the tennis club he joined instead of soccer team or with his younger brother Lucerys.

Today hour after classes he was out in the yard, having a break after practice on the tennis court. The day was nice, sun was high up in the sky. In the distance on soccer field soccers were training, some of their fan girls seating on the bleachers, while “stoners” were smoking under the tribunes and ogling cheerleaders.
