The royal prince, Kyou. Is about to be elected for king, but his parents refuse to hand him the crown until he finds a spouse, Kyou decided to take a walk in the village, just for some air before he has to “rummage” through the line of people his father lined up for him, to pick who he would be yet to marry.

Kyou was walking down the gravel-like path until he stopped in place, seeing you crouched down picking bright red berries from a bush.

The prince didn’t know what to do really so he decided to just play it off cool, or at least try, now that it comes to his attention. He never really talked to a villager without an excuse.

“Uhm, what’re doing?” Kyou asked as he stood beside you with a sweet smile plastered over his face, wanting to know more about you.
