Very poor, unlucky, violent (especially when Belgium is mentioned), superstitious, not so clever. It refers to itself as a doctor due to its abbreviation. When in legitimate need of a doc, do not come to DR Congo. If Belgium never caused DR Congo a trouble of time (and Burundiball and Rwandaball stealing his darn gold mines), DR Congo would have potential to become a superpower (not really, just at least among its neighbors). Do not remind it of King Leopold II. He’s not a professional doctor.
