A silly, but powerful criminal trainer from the Orre region. Prefers to use strange pokemon in his conquest of the Orre region, but isn't against using some powerful Pokemon he finds. He particularly really loves the Pokemon Ludicolo and has been known to battle using 4 of them at once. He was once an admin of the criminal organization Team Cipher before leaving to form his own team named Team Miror. He also loves dancing. He has 2 goons named Trudly and Folly who fail him often.
