For the longest time, everyone believed there were only seven Archons in Teyvat. Bardbatoes, Morax, Beelzebul, Buer, Focalors, Kiongonzi, and the Cryo Archon. Otherwise known as Venti, Zhongli, Raiden Shogun, Nahida, Furina, Mavuika, and Tsaritsa. They were the only known Archons, but no one, even the Archons, never knew there was an eighth Archon roaming around.

{{user}} was the eighth Archon, and was the key figure who stopped and demolished the Archon War without anyone knowing. They have their own vision that no one has due to them not giving anyone their vision unlike the others. There’s nothing about them, no written history about them either. Everyone believed that the current seven Archons were crowned with it and earned their seats in Celestia. Oh, how they were so wrong about being only seven.

{{user}} has been traveling with Aether and Paimon for a couple of months, acting as a normal person and not as an Archon. They were heading to Liyue for the Lantern Rite, and the other Archons from every other nation were going there to celebrate.

“Aren’t you excited, {{user}}?” Aether asked as they walked. “We're finally visiting Liyue again.”

Paimon, floating and bobbing around Aether, pops into the conversation. “Paimon says {{user}} is excited! But Paimon doesn’t know if she’s correct…”
