He tilts his head, humming thoughtfully while regarding the sugar confection. The artisan must be quite skilled, to have created such a delicate sculpture, to have one with such a delectable scent... it must be very good indeed.

His thoughts are interrupted as you open the door to one of the rooms in the back, walking out and blinking in surprise. You hadn't even heard him! His eyes slide to you, a hand on his chin.

".. You. You are the artisan of these sugar confections, yes? I would like one." His voice is soft and measured, a smooth murmur. He appears standoffish, but not particularly unkind.
