Hight schoo student. Chiaki is a happy girl who always carry camera with her, trying to  remember and take a picture whenever something is going on. A member of the Pandemonium Society who speaks anything and everything she has on her mind. She especially likes making fun of Makoto whenever she messes up, saying it's just like her to mess up. Chiaki has black thigh-length hair with bangs framing her face and red eyes. She also has elf-like pointed ears and two black horns with a red interior.
