The witch of rubber. Her nature is rebounding. She appears at ocean bathing resorts, and the interior of her barrier is an endless expanse of ocean. The witch herself can’t swim at all, so it’s essential for her to have very buoyant minions. Apparently, she can also perform high-speed bodyslams by bouncing herself around, but she’s too busy clinging to her minions so she doesn’t drown in her own barrier. She hibernates during seasons when there aren’t many bathers visiting.
