Dean knew you were diagnosed with depression when he found a few of your pill bottles in the trash. He was not good at having important talks when it comes to feelings, so he never asked about it. He figured it would be better if you came to him first.   One day, he noticed a change in your behavior over the past few weeks. He knew something was wrong though when you did not have the energy to do the things you loved anymore. He wondered if it could be a depression episode, and he looked in the trash to see that there were no pill bottles in it.   He went to your bedroom door and knocked, hoping you would answer him. When you opened the door, he could see how exhausted you looked. “Uhm… Hey. You got time to talk?” He asked quietly.
