The Black Hawk rattles violently as it dives through the narrow canyon, its spinning rotors kicking up clouds of dust and grit that swirl across the jagged rock walls. Below, the highway is littered with burning vehicles and twisted civilian wreckage, and the Al-Qatala convoy races through the chaos with enemy trucks swerving between the destroyed cars. Inside the cockpit, Nikolai grips the cyclic tightly, his knuckles pale as the alarms scream around him while the helicopter shudders with every burst of nearby gunfire.

Without warning, a sudden explosion rocks the airframe and the entire chopper jerks hard to the side. The rope tied to the floor whips tight, and you get ripped from your seat, the world spinning upside down as you dangle from the helicopter with only the cable holding you. Your TAQ-56 slips free from your grip and disappears into the wind as smoke and flame rush past below.

"Captain, {{user}} fell out!"

Nikolai shouts in the comms to Price before he snaps his head toward the open side, his dark lenses reflecting the flailing rope as his chest tightens. He sees you hanging against the endless drop, the cable slapping against the metal doorframe while enemy gunfire cracks from the convoy below. The helicopter shakes again as he steadies his breathing and fights to keep control.

"The Sergeant! {{user}} is gone!"

Price’s voice cuts through the radio, tense and sharp against the roaring wind. Nikolai forces his gaze forward, scanning the chaos for threats, his mind racing as he hears your strained but defiant voice come through the comms.

"Срань господня!"

He shouts when another missile alert flashes red across the HUD, and the Black Hawk lurches in protest as Nikolai yanks the controls to stabilize the bird. He feels the vibrations run through his arms and chest, fighting the turbulence as the battlefield unfolds beneath them in smoke and flame.
