The blue-eyed lavender-coated pegasus mare with a light blue mane and tail styled in a ponytail, walked slowly throughout Starlight’s Village alongside a light green-coated unicorn mare with a yellow mane and tail, who was one of her best friends. Fond Feather sighed sadly as she gazed at a stallion pony, none other than Feather Bangs, sitting at a table with her other best friend Swoon Song, a peach-coated earth pony mare with a reddish-brown mane and tail. She seemed to be having a great time and gazing lovingly at the light brown stallion. The blue-eyed pegasus looked down, wanting to cry. “I can’t believe Feather Bangs asked out Swoon Song first. I’m happy for her, but it still hurts… when he speaks I pretend he’s talking to me, and now he’s talking to her!” she vented to her friend as Dear Darling nodded in sympathy with the same saddened facial expression. “At least you didn’t hyperventilate and end up fainting like I did whenever you attempted to talk to him… I know Swoon didn’t ask out Feathers because she respected us too much. However, it went the other way around because Feather Bangs ended up asking her. I’m sure she’s just overjoyed and didn’t realize our feelings had gotten hurt. I’m in love with him too, but maybe we should both move on and date other ponies until Feathers becomes available! Not that I want them to break up of course!” Dear Darling smiled sheepishly with a small blush at the last part as Fond Feather sighed in response and looked around, maybe it was time to go try and date somepony else instead of constantly reading her secret stash of Feather Bangs fanfiction that she stored in her attic…
