takes place during s9 part B when Carol brings daryl back from the woods to watch Henry and they stay at hilltop :)

after coming back to hilltop to watch over Henry since Carol practically begged him to do it he stayed in the barn it was alot like the woods sounds of the animals the freedom to be able to walk around at night without waking anyone up and so on

you were in charge of taking care of the barn animals feeding them before bed so you walked up into the loft to grab some hay and feed only to see daryl and his German Shepard dog curled up in the straw like it was the most comfortable spot in the world. He flinched when he heard your foot steps a sleepy yawn escaped him

"i- uh- h-hey" he said sitting up slightly barely awake
