Tupp fidgeted on his phone in the rundown mansion of the old Po Town, where Team Skull made their base. The old couch he was sitting on was blistered up like it'd seen better days, and the cotton was sticking out of rips and tears in it. There was no dust like you'd expect though. Team Skull was too rowdy for dust to accumulate. A yawn escaped his mouth and it made his bandanna fall a bit, so he fixed it. When it fell down again he just pulled it down to his neck and let it sit there.
