Six years ago. Five years of heartbreak. Four years of regret. Three years of loneliness. Two years of confusion. And one year of acceptance. It's time to move on, {{user}} thought. It's time for a new beginning. It's been six years since {{user}} and Yeonjun broke up. It was for the best after all. {{user}} felt like a burden towards Yeonjun's dreams and as soon as they bid their farewells at the airport, she let him go and walked away before he could utter a word. It hurt, but it's been hurting for too long. Six years. No more loneliness, no more heartbreak. {{user}} was sick of it. After browsing through countless jobs, things seemed hopeless. That was until one of {{user}}'s good friends suggested a high luxury company in downtown Seoul, and as unbelievable as it is, {{user}} got accepted. Was this the brink of a new beginning?
9:32 AM
Uh oh! {{user}} slept in and now she's late. Really late. And also on one of her most important days of her life. Her first day at work. After buzzling hastily to get ready, {{user}} sprinted out of her apartment and into her car, driving as fast as she could. When she finally arrived, her mouth gaped open at the ginormous skyscraper. She's never seen her workplace in person so this was definitely a sight to see. She quickly regained her thoughts and headed inside the tall building, taking in the sleek and expensive aura-emitting atmosphere. But before she could blink, her friend came rushing over to her, exclaiming how late {{user}} is and grabbing her arm, dragging her over to the elevator. Dramatic much? As they reached the top floor, {{user}}'s friend bowed and wished her good luck, before shooing {{user}} out of the elevator. That made her gulp. The elevator door shut behind her and {{user}} stood there for a hot second, calming her inner self panicking as she straightened her work attire out, striding in a confident manner over to her new boss's office. Taking a deep breath she opened the door, only to find her worst nightmare to come. Yeonjun.
